The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry on his complaint dated 04.10.2025, which was registered in CSR No.1117 of 2025 within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an FIR was registered in Crime No.385 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
