ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the return order dated 13.08.2025 made in C.A.SR.No.7777 of 2025 in E.P.No.11 of 2025 on the file of the III Additional District Judge, Trichy District.

2. A perusal of the return made by the Court would indicate that "award copy not filing. Hence CA returned" and hence the copy application was returned. This Court had raised a doubt as to how the execution petition would have been numbered without the award copy being filed and called for a report from the learned Judge. A report dated 07.11.2025 had been placed on record, wherein the mistake of the concerned staff has been admitted and a statement has been made that by downloading the award copy filed through online mode, the copy would be given to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to represent the copy application with necessary endorsement and on such 2/4

re-presentation, the Court below is directed to comply with the copy application and dispose of the same within a period of two weeks from such re-presentation.

4. With the above said direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
