This writ petition has been filed in public interest, seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent dated 07.03.2007 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate appropriate action to remove the respondents 4 and 5 from their posts in the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society, Sarukuvaliapatty A2494.

2. The prayer, as such in the nature of service jurisprudence, cannot be granted. Hence, the writ petition filed in Public Interest is dismissed. No costs. Consequently the connected M.P. Is also dismissed.
