Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in his reference 13/2010/J1 dated 24.12.2010 which was communicated in Ku.Au.No.29810/A2/2009 dated 11.02.2011 by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the petitioner's salary as provided in the said G.O.Ms.No.340 Finance (Paycell) Department dated 26.08.2010 with effect from the date of joining i.e. On 12.08.2009 and to pay the monetary benefit from 01.08.2010 onwards.
