PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the order in Na.Ka.No.43/2010/Si.Ma.Varu.A./Ni.a dated 30.11.2012 on the file of the 1st Respondent and the consequential order in Na.Ka.No.18/2010/A2 dated 18.12.2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and further directing the respondents to determine and pay to the petitioner the additional market value, solatium and interest on the compensation for the acquisition of the lands of the Petitioner in Survey No.1247/1, 1247/2, 1248/1, 1248/2, 1248/3 in in Unjanpatti Village, Theni Taluk and District in accordance with Section 25 & 28 of the Land Acquisition Act 1984.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of the first respondent dated 30.11.2012 and the consequential order of the second respondent dated 18.12.2012 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

further to direct the respondents to pay additional compensation for the acquisition of his lands in Survey Nos.1247/1, 1247/2, 1248/1, 1248/2, 1248/3 in Unjanpatti Village, Theni Taluk and District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel representing the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.
