Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for all the connected records pertaining to passing of the impugned action sale notice dated 11.01.2013 for bringing the property for public auction and fixed the auction date on 23.1.2013 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same and consequentially to direct the respondents to reconsider the assessment of the employees provident fund on the basis of the record to be submitted by the said school.
