This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to convene the special meeting as per section 211(3) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act 1994 in respect of petitioner's panchayat.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that this writ petition has become infructuous, as nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
