Prayer:To Condone the delay of 128 days in payment of deficit court fee of Rs. 43,861/-in CMA(MD). SR No.49734 of 2025 and pass such other order or further orders as may be in the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 128 days in the payment of the deficit court fee of Rs.43,861/- in CMA(MD).SR No.49734 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Since the deficit court fee has been paid by the petitioner, the delay of 128 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
