ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's case in Crime No.126 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent to any other officer or agency based on petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.126 of 2025 and a final report has been filed before the Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Srivilliputhur through e-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file.
