ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On the earlier occasion, after hearing both side counsels, this Court referred the matter to the Medication Centre for amicable settlement and also directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police for investigation.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the mediation process was not successful and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the the petitioner did not appear before the respondent police.
3. Considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. (S S Y J) 19.01.2026 tta 2/4
