3. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition 6(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 15037 of 2025 dated 11.09.2025. However, 15 days time is extended to deposit the said amount. Hence, the petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount, ie., Rs.1,00,000/-(Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of the crime number within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
