ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to withhold the commission amount of the second respondent, due to misappropriation of his premium amounts paid towards LIC policies, based on his representation, dated 31.01.2012.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the police authorities, to lodge a criminal complaint, against the second respondent.

3.Recording the same, writ petition is closed, granting such liberty to the petitioner, if so advised. No costs.
