Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil matter relating to the property of 30 cents purchased from the 3rd respondent through a sale deed registered with Theni Sub Registrar office on 25.04.2000 vide document No.1829/2000 which now stands transferred to the petitioner's minor son and daughter through gift deeds registered with Theni Sub Registrar office on 28.07.2010 vide document No.7227 and 7228.
