Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to close the 145 proceedings in respect of the property in S.No.3/2 and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to shift the electric pole situated in Survey No.3/2, measuring about 45 cents in Ward E and Block 10 of Sivagangai District to the edge of the property considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2013 and 09.07.2013. O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to close 145 proceedings in respect of the property in S.No.3/2.

2.It is submitted that 145 proceedings itself was initiated only as per the direction of this Court made in W.P.(MD)No.1963 of 2013, dated 25.02.2013.

3.In such view of the matter, if the 145 proceedings is still pending, the first respondent shall look into the matter and dispose of the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
