Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order passed by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.no. 1722/aa1/11 dated Nil.04.2011 and the subsequent impugned order passed by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 1986/Aa1/2013 dated Nil.6.2013 and the subsequent impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.373/2016 dated 09.08.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to grand renewal of recognition to the petitioners school from 1st standard to 10th Standard and to grant such further or other orders as this Court.
