The petitioner seeks to transfer the investigation in Crime No.781 of 2025 from the file of the fourth respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2.Though the prayer in this petition is for the transfer of investigation, during the course of the submission, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the investigation may be transferred from the Sub Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station, Karur, to the Inspector of Police of the same police station, for which the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 2/4

3.In view of the above submission, the investigation in Crime No. 781 of 2025 is transferred to the Inspector of Police, Karur Town Police Station, Karur, who shall file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
