Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to take appropriate actions and dispose of the petitioner's complain/representations dated 27.06.2025 and 01.07.2025 registered as CSR No.770/2025 before the 3rd respondent Police, in accordance with law within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint/representation, dated 27.06.2025 and 01.07.2025 registered as CSR No.770 of 2025 before the third respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry is pending only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out in said complaint and the same would be completed within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the third respondent Police to complete the above said enquiry and communicate the result of the same to the petitioner within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
