PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 16411 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.16411 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 27 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 27 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 16411 of 2025 on 26.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed 2/4
