These petitions have been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to grant patta in respect of the lands to an extent of 4 acres 90 cents in S.No.32/3 & 32, Palkulam Village, Sathakone Valasai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluk and District in favour of the petitioners and also in pursuance of their representations dated 08.10.2007, which are pending before the 1st Respondent.

2. When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that these

petitions have become infructuous, as the petitioners have filed several other writ petitions for various reliefs.
