ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the respondents 3 to 5, since they prevented the petitioner from enjoying his portion in the family properties and also for fabrication of documents, based on his representation, dated 27.06.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned, afresh.
