ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction, directing the respondents to issue all the certificates belonging to the petitioner including bonafide certificate, conduct certificate and all other relevant certificates and documents within a time limit as fixed by this Honourable Court and consequently direct him to proceed with the same in accordance with the selection process. 2.According to the petitioner, even though she completed the course in the year 2008-2010, the second respondent College refused to return the certificates belonging to the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

including the bonafide certificate, conduct certificate and all other relevant certificates. Hence, she has sent several representations to the CM Cell, Office of the District Collector, Madurai and the first respondent. But, so far, no action has been taken. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent submitted that except the two certificates, all other certificates such as Transcript Certificate, Attendance Certificate and Clinical Certificate were already issued to the petitioner and if at all the petitioner wants any certificate, she can make an application along with necessary fees. In the event of the petitioner's filing application, along with necessary fees, the second respondent will consider the same.

4.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to make a necessary application along with required fee before the second respondent, seeking required documents and on filing of such application, the second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
