The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by the third respondent and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioner would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
