The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to conduct Kangaroo Court, based upon the representation of the petitioner dated 22.10.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute. Hence, the respondents have never interfered in a civil dispute.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
