PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13766 of 2025 dated 20.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13766 of 2025, dated 20.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 20 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 20 days, the condition imposed by this 2/4
