Respondents Prayer: The Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in O.Mu.B1- 4614 - 2013, dated 16.04.2013 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to consider afresh the petitioner's appeal petition dated 12.02.2013 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order in O.Mu.B1- 4614 - 2013, dated 16.04.2013 passed by the 1st respondent and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to consider afresh the petitioner's appeal petition dated 12.02.2013. 2.sThe learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the revision has been rejected as it has been filed after a period of 6 years and no reason has been stated for the inordinate delay in filing the revision.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the impugned order is a non speaking order. Therefore, prayed for quashing the impugned order.

4.The contention of the petitioner that impugned order is a non speaking order, cannot be accepted as it has been filed after a period of 6 years, without sufficient reasons for the said inordinate delay. Hence, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly the Writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
