ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14866 of 2025, dated 10.09.2025.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were not able to arrange 12 sureties, as all the family members have been arrayed as accused in the present case. Hence, he seeks modification of the said condition.

Considering the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the condition 6 imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14866 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with one surety, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent Police or to the Police Officer, who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai."

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
