respondents 4 and 5 so as to enable the petitioner and his family members to participate in all the activities conducted by the Yadhava community people and move freely in the streets of Thimmarasanaickanur Village, based on his representation, dated 18.04.2012.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported that the prayer of the petitioner is met with and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
