ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the respondents to include Malaiarasan's name in the accused Column in Crime No.43 of 2025 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police.

2. It is a case of the petitioner that though the petitioner had specifically stated about the overt act of the said Malaiarasan, the respondents have not chosen to include his name in Column No.7.

3. This Court is of the view that the respondents at this stage cannot modify the F.I.R. However, if the respondents on enquiry find that any other accused is involved in the offence, it is needless to say that they can always file an alteration report or include the said accused in the final report. If the petitioner is aggrieved by non inclusion of any particular accused in the final report , he is always at liberty to challenge the same.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
