(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the report of the first respondent dated 19.04.2012 made in Na.Ka.H/1283/11.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader represented that the above proceedings culminated into an order against the third respondent in Na.Ka.A4/ 4652/2011/Panchayats dated 02.05.2012 and the third respondent has challenged the same in a separate writ petition in WP No.6900 of 2012 and the same is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
