PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17123 of 2025 that the petitioner to sign only one daily at the respondent police station at 10.30 a.m., instead of twice a day before the trial Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17123 of 2025, dated 09.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner's son has met with an accident and is presently in a coma. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17123 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. The petitioner shall attend the trial 2/4

on all hearing dates without fail.''

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
