This writ petition has been filed, seeking to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.3 of 2010 dated 25.06.2010 and consequently direct the first respondent to forebear the second respondent from constructing any building in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.F.No.2165/4, S.F.No.2165/1A and S.F.No.165/3 of Villithrumutham village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition, with a liberty to approach the competent authority for appropriate relief. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority for appropriate relief. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.2 of 2011 is closed.
