PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12598 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12598 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet has been filed and that second petitioner name was deleted from the charge sheet.

4. In view of the fact that the charge sheet has been filed with respect to petitioners 1, 3, and 4, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12598 of 2025 dated 30.07.2025 is relaxed. However, 2/4

the petitioners 1, 3 and 4 shall report before the trial Court as and when required.
