PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9584 of 2025.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9584 of 2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in 2/4
dated 09.09.2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11991 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9584 of 2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
