.. Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.06774/A4/2010 dated 27.12.2010 and quash the same.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.06774/A4/2010 dated 20.12.2010 for direct appointment of employee of the school. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Today, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that now the above impugned order passed by the second respondent, has been withdrawn and the payment has been restored to the School Secretary by an order dated 04.12.2014 by the second respondent.

4. Hence, no further adjudication is required in the Writ Petition and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
