Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of Survey No.329/1 and Survey No.330/15 situated at Kutti Ambalakaranpatti, K.K.Nagar, Trichy District, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.03.2013, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to cancel the patta issued in favour of the fourth respondent and issue patta to the petitioner in respect of Survey Nos.329/1 and 330/15, situate at Kutti https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ambalakaranpatti, K.K.Nagar, Trichy District, based on his representation, dated 22.03.2013, within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that the fourth respondent is no more. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned, afresh. 4.Granting such liberty, this writ petition is closed.
