ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate legal action against the offenders by protecting the property admeasuring 6.48 acres comprised in New S.No.6/2A and 6/2AB, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

V.M.Chatram Village, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District, until passing of final decree in O.S.No.7 of 2008, on the file of the Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that a civil suit in O.S.No.7 of 2008 is pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tirunelveli, with regard to the subject matter. 3.Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of, directing the parties to seek appropriate remedy in the pending suit. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
