No.6379/2024/E1 dated 13.10.2025 quash the same and direct the 3rd respondent to settle the certified bill amount of Rs.21,66,184/- to the petitioner forthwith. 1/4

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the three impugned tender notifications issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No. 6379/2024/E1 dated 13.10.2025, quash the same, and consequently direct the third respondent to settle the certified bill amount of Rs.21,66,184/- to the petitioner forthwith.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the third respondent, on instructions, submits that the said amount will be paid to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today. However, he requests that the auction proceedings may be permitted to go on.

3. Considering the said request, the auction is permitted to proceed, subject to the condition that until the amount is disbursed to the petitioner, no work order shall be issued to the successful bidder. 2/4
