ORDER

This Petition is filed to direct the the 2nd respondent to act upon the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Trichy, in Cr.M.P.No. 15226 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025 and register a case.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called for enquiry and since the petitioner was not available in the address, the enquiry could not be completed.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry on 20.11.2025. The second respondent shall thereafter conclude the enquiry in terms of the direction issued by the learned Magistrate and inform the action taken to the learned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from 20.11.2025.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
