ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the Respondents 2 and 3 to initiate appropriate action in accordance with law on the Petitioner's complaint dated 21.01.2011 in terms of the direction given by the first Respondent in O.Mu.No.4523/2011 E1, dated 07.02.2011.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, as suitable action has been taken and a criminal case has also been registered by the third respondent police in Crime Nos.10 and 11 of 2011.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
