PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed in case No.9070/Enquiry/2010 dated 27.09.2010 on the file of the Tamil Nadu Information Commission, Teynampet, Chennai, quash the same and consequently direct the Tamil Nadu Information Commission to pass fresh orders in the said case by imposing penalty of Rs.250/- per day against the second respondent for his wilful denial of the request of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
