O R D E R

The order of Reversion issued by the second respondent against the writ petitioner vide proceedings, dated 28.02.2011 reverting the writ petitioner from the post of Head Master to Assistant Teacher, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner states that during pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner was terminated from service by the Management. Against the order of termination, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the Joint Director of Elementary Education and the same is pending. Thus, in respect of the impugned order, no further adjudication is required. However, it is made clear that if any grievance exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
