This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to look into the petitioners representation dated 19.10.2025 by directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to produce petitioners original R.C.Book before the 4th respondent for enable the petitioner to renew fitness certificate in connection with Ashok Leyland Lorry bearing Registration No.TN 28 -AF-7924.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the 4th respondent.
3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4. Heard the learned counsel for either side.
5. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 4th respondent would submit that as on date the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 19.10.2025 has not been received by them.
6. In the light of the fact that the petitioner has sent a representation only on 19.10.2025 and without the same being received by the respondents, the petitioner has rushed to this Court alleging that the respondents have not discharged their statutory duty, appears to be premature.

7. Therefore, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to send a fresh representation to the respondents and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall consider and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks there from. No costs.
