ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioner based on the false complaint of the third respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner and that the same would be completed within a period of two weeks. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to communicate the result of the enquiry to both the petitioner and the third respondent. Pending enquiry, if the petitioner's presence is required, the second respondent shall issue summons to the petitioner for appearance. 2/4
