ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.M.P(MD)No.19098 of 2024 in W.P.(MD) No.18752 of 2024 by its order dated 15.10.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. This contempt petition is dismissed as there is no clarity. However, the respondents in their communication in f.vz;.c.kp.ngh. / rp.Gj;J}u; /t.M/ Nfh.fl;L/ m.vz;.115/ 25> dated 21.11.2025 has asked certain clarifications / documents from the petitioner. The petitioner shall produce these documents and on production of the same, the respondents shall endeavour to comply with the orders passed in W.M.P(MD)No.19098 of 2024 in W.P.(MD) No.18752 of 2024, dated 15.10.2024 within a period of two (2) months from the date of clarification being provided by the petitioner.
