Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the petitioner a monthly salary of Rs.9,700/- (Rupees Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) on par with his colleague Mr.Gurusamy who was appointed on the same day and to grant all other attendant benefits based on the petitioners representation dated 10.09.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Honourable Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents to pay the petitioner a monthly salary of Rs.9,700/- (Rupees Nine Thousand and Seven Hundred Only) on par with his colleague Mr.Gurusamy who was appointed on the same day and to grant all other attendant benefits based on the petitioners representation dated 10.09.2025. 2/4

2. Even though the petitioner has sought for a positive Mandamus, it is seen that the petitioner has made a representation on 10.09.2025 for the very same relief.

3. In view of the same, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
