This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 444 days in payment of deficit Court fee of Rs.1,470/- in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.58195 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
