O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The petitioner submitted a representation dated 06.06.2013 before the third respondent requesting him to remove the encroachment made by the respondents 5 to 10. Since follow up action was not taken by the third respondent, the petitioner has come up with the present writ petition.

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the 8th respondent.

3. We direct the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 06.06.2013, on merits and as per law after issuing notice to the respondents 5 to 10. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the representation dated 06.06.2013 along with copy of this order to the third respondent, so as to enable him to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
