Heard Mr.A.L.Somayaji, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.T.Balaji, appearing for the Civil Revision Petitioner. Mr.S.Venkatesh representing Mr.A.Sivaji, for the Respondents 2 & 3 and Ms.Chithra Sampath, learned Senior Counsel for Mr.R.V.Rajkumar, for the 4th Respondent.

2. The Civil Revision Petition challenges the order dated 29.07.2025 passed in E.A.No.4 of 2024 in E.A.No.165 of 2013 in E.P.No.315 of 2000 in O.S.No.421 of 1982 by the I-Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.

3. Since I have directed the learned Executing Judge to take up the pending application in E.A.No.165 of 2013 and dispose of the same within a specified time frame, the order passed by the Executing Judge on 29.07.2025 is set aside. The learned Judge shall deal with 2/4

E.A.No.165 of 2013 and dispose of the same in accordance with the directions issued by this Court in C.R.P.(MD)No.3631 of 2025, dated 04.06.2026.

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
