This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the fifth respondent to readmit the petitioner in second year M.E. [Control and Instrumentation Engineering] Course and also direct the respondents 1 to 4 to consider his representation, dated 18.07.2013.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the authorities concerned, afresh.
