ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents Nos.1 to 3 to consider and dispose of petitioner's representation, dated 12.06.2025 and to give police protection to the petitioner cut the tree, which is damaged his compound wall.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, the second respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report on the petitioner forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction and liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
